Returns, exchanges & refunds

Because soap is a personal care product, we do not accept returns or exchanges, including opened or unused bars.

We do not offer refunds for changes of mind or personal scent preferences. Please review product descriptions and ingredients before placing your order.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your soap arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email Hah29150@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the soap and packaging. Keep the items and packaging while we review your request. Once confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund for the affected items.

Handmade variations & ingredients

Our soaps are handmade in small batches. Slight variations in color, shape, and appearance are normal and are not considered defects.

Please review the ingredients before purchasing, especially if you have known allergies or sensitivities. Individual experiences and scent preferences vary.
